Fees and Uploads

The minimum upload amount is $10, with no set maximum. There are no fees for amounts uploaded. There is a 15% fee charged only to businesses when they take a payout.

There are no dollar minimum or maximum amounts to payouts. The only restriction is there is a maximum of one payout per month per user.

Please note: all purchases are non-refundable but may be canceled at any time.

Micropayment Structure

Payments to businesses are made in real-time, per second, based on usage. When a consumer initiates a purchase, the total cost is distributed in micropayments while the service is active.

Cancellations can be made anytime, for any reason. Any unused portion of funds (that hasn’t been accrued through usage) is automatically returned to the consumer. Services can be purchased or re-purchased as often as desired.

Fee Transparency

There are no hidden fees.

Businesses may not charge consumers any additional fees beyond the advertised purchase price.

Where Fees Go

The 15% payout fee to businesses is allocated to TruMicro.io to support service operations. The remaining funds (net of taxes and fees) are distributed to businesses through the micropayment system as the service is used.

No Contracts or Penalties

There are no long-term commitments. Businesses may discontinue their use of TruMicro.io at any time without penalties or additional fees. Consumers may upload or withdraw funds at their discretion. The only limit is the one payout per 30 days. The only fee is the 15% on payouts for businesses.
